Deadline extended for events at Texas 4-H Center.

We are gearing up for an exciting January at the Texas 4-H Conference Center! The deadlines for Teen Retreat, Re-Fashion Retreat, and Family Archery Camp have all been extended to reflect high interest rates among our 4-H families. Please let them know about our camps!

Teen Retreat: January 8-10^th. Teen Retreat is designed as an introduction to 4-H activities for a wide range of 4-H kids. This year’s program includes woodworking, Share the Fun, Leadership, and STEM activities. We’ll also have a polar bear plunge and nightly dances! Extended until January 4th

Re-Fashion Retreat: January 15-18^th. Re-Fashion is family-style, meaning that each youth participant must have an adult accompanying them. The adult does not have to be related to them. This camp will teach basic sewing skills and participants will leave with newly re-fashioned clothes they’ve created themselves. Extended until January 4th

Family Archery Camp: January 22-24^th. This is also family-style. Participants must be actively enrolled in a 4-H shooting specialty and have basic knowledge of archery safety. Adult participants may choose to become archery coach certified as well. Please note that Family Archery Camp registration has been extended until January 14^th.
