TCYS Auction Sale Order

Please, please, please, read the Auction FAQ's that is posted on the auction page. We have a lot of changes this year and don't want anyone to be surprised.

Exhibitors must keep their eligibility from check in, through the auction.

Just a few of the BIG changes are as follows:
- Add On's can be done and created online (on the auction page). We will keep this online form up until February 5th.
- Only high school seniors will be allowed to give a note card to the auctioneer. Unless you're donating to the scholarship fund instead of having a basket, the auctioneer with promote the exhibitor. Also, these cards are limited to 50 words. We love everyone, but these have gotten very lengthy.
- You're only allowed 1 person on stage with you to help, assuming they are already in line with you within the 20 sale slots. Otherwise, we have a wonderful group of Jr. Leaders and Queens Court members who would be glad to help you across the stage.
- There is no longer an open bar. TCYS will provide water and tea.

More TCYS Updates

1. TCYS Booth-Volunteers Needed
We are planning to have a Travis County 4-H booth at TCYS over the course of the three days.  The booth will promote all 4-H programs in Travis County and will be shared with the Travis County 4-H Shooting Sports Club (TC4HSSC) whose members will be manning their section of the booth at times.  Since we are trying to generate interest in 4-H and increase enrollment in Travis County 4-H, we would like for each Travis County 4-H club to provide us with two captivating photos of your banner project(s) that will be used for the booth.  We also would like for every club to participate in manning the booth by having members sign up for two-hour time slots (adults also are welcome to participate).  We have created a SignUpGenius account for members to sign up for the time and day they wish to help man the booth.  This will be a great opportunity to help promote 4-H, Travis County 4-H and your club while garnering volunteer hours that can be used in record books. Please contact our office, Kyle Hammel or Noel Troxclair if you have any questions or have a problem signing up.  Thank you.  We look forward to seeing each of you at TCYS.
