 If you are a livestock exhibitor, please read through this and let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Club Managers have this email and should be sending out to 4-Hers as well, which will include all attachments. We are currently working on our website, but will get all of this posted ASAP. State Fair of Texas:

All completed entry forms and payment need to be at the Extension Office by Friday, August 20^that 5:00 pm

 Sheep & Goat Tag Orders:

All completed tag orders and payment need to be at the Extension Office by Wednesday, August 25^th by 5:00 pm.

• Tag Order Form (ask Club Manager or email me and I'll send it over to you. mikayla.herron@ag.tamu.edu) - **please note, that this tag order is for major shows and TCYS**
• Sheep and Goat Validation will take place on Saturday, October 16th. Please mark your calendars! Additional info to come on times and locations.

 Turkey Order:

All completed order forms and payment need to be at the Extension Office by Friday, August 27^thby 5:00 pm.

Swine Exhibitors:

• Swine Validation will take place on Saturday, November 13th. Please mark your calendars! Additional info to come on times and locations, as well as tag orders.
• PLEASE NOTE as you are lining out breeders and everything and planning your swine purchases that Rodeo Austin is a Texas Bred show for Swine this year. Their Premium Book for 2022 has not yet been updated but information will be sent out as it becomes available.
