2018-2019 Travis County Heifer UIN Orders - Spring/Summer Validation

We will be accepting Summer Validation orders for heifer until Tuesday, May 22, 2018 for heifers who have either not yet been validated or who have changed ownership/breeds.  Please be advised that the State Validation Office has increased the cost of heifer UINs to $15 each. 

Heifers will be validated in Summer (June), with a secondary validation taking place in October at a higher cost.  Please complete and return the Heifer UIN Order form with payment to the Travis County Extension Office by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.  

Additionally, please be aware that we must upload a color copy of the heifer's registration papers - these are due to the Extension Office by 5:00 PM on Friday, June 8th, 2018.  You may either email a color PDF, send a high-quality picture, or you may come to the Extension Office and Scan it in there.  Please look over your heifer's registration papers and work with your breeder to make sure that the animals actually have any tattoos or brands that are listed ahead of time.  The heifer papers must be in the name of the youth by that same deadline, and heifers may only be registered under one youth.
