We will be accepting Fall validation orders for heifer until Monday, September 18 for heifers who have either not been validated or who have changed ownership/breeds. Please be advised that the State Validation Office has increased the cost of heifer UINs to $15 each.
Heifers will be validated in October; however, original in-color registration papers and a completed copy of the Heifer Collection Form need to be either brought to the Extension Office or Emailed as a color PDF to be uploaded into the online validation system by Friday, September 29, 2017. The heifer papers must be in the name of the youth by that same deadline, and heifers may only be registered under one youth. This validation will validate the animal for its entire show career unless it changes breed or ownership.
