Texas 4-H is seeking partnerships with Families that want to share their home with a Japanese Ambassador this summer. 19 Japanese youth will visit Texas July 22 through August 18. Most have already been placed in homes in Dallas, Denton, Hunt, Blanco, Montgomery, Harris, Fort Bend, Bell, Parker, Collin and Bandera Counties - five boys, ages 12-13 are still needing families! Open your home to one of these youth and share your Texas culture with them as they share their Japanese heritage with you. There are no special requirements to participate, the youth are here for an immersion experience and want to be treated like one of yours.
