As you may know, April
is "The Month of The Military Child," to support this, OMK and many
other organizations across the U.S. are showing their support of
military children everywhere by wearing PURPLE on April 15th,
2014 (Tuesday)! We have done this initiative in years past with great
outcomes - we LOVE to be sent images of people wearing purple - from a small
ribbon to an entire purple outfit, it is all great to see! We would also like
to hear about any events going on solely to celebrate military children during
this month in the form of a small article and a few pictures so we can
post it on our social media. Feel free to digitally or physically post
our purple up poster which includes some easy ways to get involved with
the Purple Up! initiative that will hopefully inspire others to
participate!
