With the upcoming deadline for major livestock show entries,
I wanted to send a reminder that senior 4-H members can compete in the Food
Challenge at the San Antonio Livestock Show. The contest is scheduled for
Thursday, February 6, 2014 on the stock show grounds.
The Food Challenge is an individual contest option on the Junior
Show Entry Form. All 4-H contest rules are followed for this contest
with one exception - youth compete as INDIVIDUALS, not on a team, with
the chance of winning a scholarship.
