4-H Families Affected by Panhandle Wildfires
Dr. Angela Burkham, Extension 4-H & Youth Specialist

Two Potter County 4-H Families lost their homes to wildfire on Sunday February 27th.  Randy and Ellen Downs, and their two children Brandon and Miranda and David Bryant and his family (children 5 and 16 years old).  Both of these families are in the process of rebuilding everything!

A fund has been set up through the Texas 4-H Foundation.  If you are a youth or adult member of Texas 4-H you can log into 4-H Connect  and contribute to the event titled:  Support the families affected by Texas Wildfires. You may also contact the Texas 4-H and Youth Development Foundation office at 979-845-1213.  100% of the donations go to the fire victims and your contribution is tax deductible.

For more information, please contact Dr. Angela Burkham at (806) 677-5600.
