We are excited to be hosting our very first Texas 4-H Robotics Challenge Invitational contest this year at Roundup on June 7. Below is some important information pertaining to the registration process for this new contest, and I ask that you please relay it to your 4-H robotics groups.
Due to time and space limitations at Roundup, we will only be able
to accommodate a total of 24 teams (12 senior/12 intermediate). As such,
we have developed a process for teams to sign up on a first-come, first-served
basis. Details and a timeline of that process are outlined in the
attached “Intent to Compete Flyer”. PLEASE NOTE: The online form
will not be active until the designated date/time.
Please make sure teams understand the Robotics Challenge rules,
which can be downloaded here: http://texas4-h.tamu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/robotics_challenge_invitational1.pdf
This is a different contest format than GEAR.
