Last
year we offered a 4-H Hunter Safety Camp state wide and it was a big
success so we are doing it again. The camp will offer an opportunity for
4-Hers to learn
about hunting safety, wildlife conservation, wilderness survival and
first aid, how to safely handle an assortment of firearms from pistol to
muzzleloader, wildlife ID, and they will have to opportunity to receive
their hunters safety certificate.
Instructors
for this course will include representatives from: Texas Parks &
Wildlife, Texas Game Wardens, Dallas Arms Collectors, Dallas Safari
Club, Dallas Black
Powder Club, Delta Red Training Group, and Glock.
