1. TCYS Booth-Volunteers Needed
We are planning to have a Travis County 4-H booth at TCYS over the course of the three days. The booth will promote all 4-H programs in Travis County and will be shared with the Travis County 4-H Shooting Sports Club (TC4HSSC) whose members will be manning their section of the booth at times. Since we are trying to generate interest in 4-H and increase enrollment in Travis County 4-H, we would like for each Travis County 4-H club to provide us with two captivating photos of your banner project(s) that will be used for the booth. We also would like for every club to participate in manning the booth by having members sign up for two-hour time slots (adults also are welcome to participate). We have created a SignUpGenius account for members to sign up for the time and day they wish to help man the booth. This will be a great opportunity to help promote 4-H, Travis County 4-H and your club while garnering volunteer hours that can be used in record books. Please contact our office, Kyle Hammel or Noel Troxclair if you have any questions or have a problem signing up. Thank you. We look forward to seeing each of you at TCYS.
