Southern Region 4-H Seafood Cook-Off

Louisiana 4-H is hosting a Southern Region 4-H Seafood Cook-off on August 8, 2011 in New Orleans.  This is a team event, with teams made up of 2-4 registered 4-H members in the 9th through 12th grade.  Registration deadline is May 2nd, and the first 8 teams to register will receive a $500 incentive from the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board to assist in travel costs for the team.
