4-H Family Fishing Weekend
Save the date for the first 4-H Family Fishing Weekend
to take place on July 17-19 at Camp Tyler on Lake Tyler just outside of
Tyler (Smith County). This weekend is open to any 4-H family with a
current enrollment profile. Various training options will be available
for all ages throughout the weekend. These trainings will help adults and
youth add to a 4-H Sportfishing project in their home county. However,
the weekend is for fishing and some families may want to just spend their time
fishing together. No matter what activities are chosen, the weekend is
for family, fishing and fellowship. Registration will open on 4-H
Connect from May 15 - June 19.
See the attached document for more details.
Additional details will be posted on the 4-H Sportfishing
webpage (http://texas4-h.tamu.edu/sportfishing) and the Natural Resources blog (http://tx4hnaturalresources.blogspot.com/).
